취소 규정이 어떻게 되나요?

Skydiving is classified as an adventure activity, so the general deadline applies: free cancellation or changes to the booking are possible up to 48 hours before the start. For later cancellations, there is no entitlement to a refund.

A refund can only be granted with a medical certificate from a doctor licensed in Switzerland, at the organiser's discretion. If the jump has to be cancelled due to weather, safety concerns or other force majeure, there is likewise no entitlement to a refund, but the organiser will endeavour to offer an equivalent alternative programme. Cancellation insurance is recommended.
