아직 휴가철이 아닙니다… 주중에 좋은 날씨… ‘호루’에 도전하기 좋은 순간일까요?

기념 피켈과 로지 블로이어, 라우라 보미오는 이 기회를 놓치지 않았습니다. 7월 첫 주, 이들은 햇볕과 좋은 조건 속에서 4478m 높이의 마터호른 정상에 섰습니다.

전날 저녁에는 천둥이 길게 울렸고, 따라서 하단 모슬리 플레이트 전에 아이젠을 착용해야 했습니다. 그날은 다양한 국가에서 온 36명의 산악가이드가 손님을 정상으로 안내했습니다. 로프 팀은 잘 분산되어 있었고, 우리는 중간쯤에서 움직이며 정상은 거의 우리만의 공간이었습니다. 체르비니아와 인근 산봉우리의 멋진 전망이 펼쳐졌습니다.

하산은 호르에서의 등반만큼이나 도전적이었습니다. 하지만 햇볕 덕분에 솔베이 산장 위에서 아이젠을 배낭에 넣을 수 있었습니다.

감사하고 만족스러운 마음으로, 인상적인 산행을 마친 우리는 저녁에 그린델발트로 돌아가는 길에 올랐습니다. 로지와 라우라에게 축하와 감사를 전합니다.
