Meeting points
Meeting Point
15 min

Your personalized coaching begins in a relaxed manner: You meet your climbing coach about 10 minutes before the start right at the entrance of the hall. After the greeting, you proceed to the locker room to store your valuables and get ready – you can already carry any initial questions or topics in your mind.

Climbing
1 - 3 hr

Afterward, your coach provides the necessary equipment: climbing shoes, harness, and if needed, a belay device. In a brief conversation, you clarify what you want to focus on today – technique, belaying, or both? The session is entirely based on your goals and experience level.

Then it's time to hit the wall. Depending on your preference, you practice various movement or belaying techniques – from precise foot placements to fluid climbing and safe rope handling. Your coach attentively accompanies you, provides immediate feedback, and adjusts the pace and difficulty to your comfort level. It's not just about technique but also about building trust – in yourself and in the processes. Many find that uncertainties dissolve when they are individually and pressure-free guided.

After the Training

At the end, you discuss together what you've learned and how you can deepen it. If you wish, you can continue climbing or bouldering independently – at your own pace and in a way that feels right for you.
