Yes. The camera ban applies to all personal recording equipment regardless of size or type, including GoPros, chest mounts, wrist mounts, selfie sticks, and handheld cameras. The restriction is based on safety, not device type. The only equipment permitted on restricted tours is carried and operated by OUTDOOR Switzerland guides. If you want footage from your experience, the photo and video package is your best option.
