Are lactose-free or vegetarian options available?

The Cheese Fondue Float is built around Swiss cheese fondue: melted cheese, white wine, bread and sides. The dish is naturally vegetarian but contains dairy throughout. Lactose-free alternatives are not offered, and individual menu adjustments cannot be made due to the nature of preparation on the water.
