Do I get a certificate, and is this an official qualification?

After completing the three-day course, you receive a certificate confirming your successful participation in the Rope Team Coaching. It's intended as a keepsake and is not an official qualification, such as a mountain guide or youth sports certification. The value of the course lies in the practice: three days of leadership training in real terrain with continuous feedback from the mountain guide, including a tour up the Sustenhorn (3,503 m) under your own responsibility.
