Do I have to climb along as a parent?

On courses with 1:1 supervision (children 110–120 cm in Interlaken, 120–135 cm at Rigi) you climb alongside your child: one adult per child, also in a harness and safety system. On the other courses, accompaniment is required for under-16s but not necessarily 1:1. You can also watch from the ground, wait at the barbecue area, or climb on a course of your own.
