Do I need to bring my own wetsuit or equipment?

OUTDOOR provides a full wetsuit, life jacket, helmet, water shoes, and paddle for every participant. All equipment is fitted at the Base before the shuttle to the river. You only need to bring swimwear to wear under the wetsuit and a towel for after the tour. A change of dry clothes for after the shower is also recommended, especially in May and June when air temperatures are cooler. A waterproof bag for wet swimwear afterwards is helpful but not required.
