How do I learn a 360° over a kicker?

The 360° is a full spin in the air. You need timing, pop, and precise rotation. The movement sequence: approach with enough speed, focus your gaze, pop off the kicker, initiate upper-body rotation, board follows.

In the air, stay compact. Many spin most of the rotation immediately after takeoff; the rest happens almost automatically. It is crucial to recognize the landing early and look toward it.

Build the trick step by step: first a surface 360° on the ground, then 180° on small kickers, then a 360° with a jump. A coach often helps, reviewing the sequence and providing video feedback.

A 360° is not a trick you land perfectly right away. Each attempt teaches you more about your board, body, and line. The moment you land it cleanly for the first time is unforgettable.
