How do you learn a 180° jump?

The 180° is often the first air trick. You pop off, carry your shoulders with you, and rotate in the air, keeping your eyes over your shoulder in the direction of rotation. The takeoff is crucial, it must be strong and with body tension. You land backward (switch) and ride a few meters in this position, then can rotate forward again with a slide-out. We first practice from a standstill, then on terrain or small kickers. The goal is to land the trick safely and later rotate in both directions.
