A 360° is a full rotation in the air. You need a solid takeoff, a clear pre-rotation with your shoulders, and a stable stance. We start by practicing 180° rotations and gradually progress. In the course, visual targets, clear movement cues, and lots of repetitions help you learn. Once you get the rotation, a 360° feels amazing. You learn to control your takeoff, maintain orientation in the air, and land safely. This trick is a milestone in freestyle skiing.
