Arrive at the agreed time at the base or directly at the starting point. Guide welcomes the group, explains the procedure, answers questions. Everything you wonder about: now is the moment.

2. Equipment & changing
Receive: wetsuit, socks, helmet, harness, shoes. Try on on site. Change at base or at entry depending on tour. Personal items stay in vehicle or stored safely.

3. Transfer & approach
Drive to the canyon. Usually a short walk to entry – a few minutes up to half an hour depending on tour.

4. Safety briefing at entry
Guide explains:

  • How to move in the stream bed.
  • How to jump and land correctly.
  • How to slide safely.
  • How rappelling works.
  • Which hand signals to use for communication.
  • Equipment check for everyone. Harness secure? Helmet tight? Then start.

5. In the canyon
Now comes planned activities:

  • Rappelling down rock steps and waterfalls.
  • Sliding through water-carved channels.
  • Jumping from various heights.
  • Swimming in pools.
  • Climbing over wet rocks.
  • All in the group, all guided. Guide secures, signals, shows how to handle obstacles. Duration: 1.5 to 6 hours depending on tour.

6. Return & wrap-up
At exit, walk back on trail. Often a drink or small snack afterwards.

Clear structure, full of movement.
