At Ropes Park Interlaken, a visit takes about 2.5 to 3 hours including the 15-minute safety briefing. At Ropes Park Rigi, the duration depends on you: many spend 3 to 4 hours, some the whole day. The 9 routes with 4 kilometres total length offer enough for half a day or longer. The Indoor Ropes Park Grindelwald is more compact at 1 to 2 hours of climbing time.
