The minimum age is 12 and the maximum weight is 125 kg. No particular fitness level is required. The canyon involves about 90 minutes of moderate activity: walking, sliding, short swimming sections and optional jumps. The guides adjust the pace to the group, and breaks occur naturally between obstacles. If you can walk at a relaxed pace for 90 minutes, you are ready.
