What are the cancellation conditions for my team event?

Team events and corporate outings follow the same deadline as mountain sports: free cancellation is possible up to 30 days before the start, after which the full amount is charged at 100%. Any services already provided and the organisational work incurred are billed according to actual expenditure. For groups of more than 10 participants, a special rule applies to the general cancellation deadline, and the number of participants can be reduced by a maximum of 10% up to 48 hours beforehand. If the programme is cancelled during the event, the costs incurred up to that point are charged. Cancellation insurance is recommended and is the participant's responsibility.
