What are the cancellation policies for my ski lesson?

Ski courses are classified as snow sports, so the general deadline applies: free cancellation or changes to the booking are possible up to 48 hours before the start. For later cancellations, there is no entitlement to a refund.

A refund is only possible with a medical certificate from a doctor licensed in Switzerland, at the organiser's discretion. For group lessons at the snow sports school, registration closes the day before the course begins. If an ongoing course is ended by the organiser, you will receive a pro rata refund of the course fee for the days not attended. Cancellation insurance is recommended.
