What are the requirements for the course?

The course requires solid alpine touring experience: confident use of ice axe and crampons, lead climbing at grade 3, command of the common knots and the basics of navigation. You don't need any leadership experience, that's exactly what you build during the course. You also need the fitness for three days in high alpine terrain with a backpack.
