What does the Indoor Rope Park have to do with the Eiger?

The five courses of the Indoor Rope Park Grindelwald are inspired by the first ascent of the Eiger North Face. Individual elements carry the names of historic key sections, such as the Hinterstoisser Traverse. The obstacles (traverses, swinging icicles, balancing passages) are creatively modelled on alpine challenges. The result is a climbing park with its own character: playful yet rooted in the mountaineering history of the region.
