Quick answer
All technical gear provided on site: wetsuit, shoes, life jacket, helmet, paddle. You bring only swimwear, towel, dry clothes for afterward. Valuables stay at the base.
You do not need to buy or provide anything.
Before each tour you receive:
- A wetsuit
- Matching neoprene shoes
- A certified life jacket
- A whitewater helmet
- A paddle
All items are up to date, regularly checked, and suited to the route.
What to bring yourself
Also needed:
- Towel
- Dry change of clothes for after the tour
- Sunscreen (waterproof)
- Any medication (e.g., asthma spray, allergy medicine). Take beforehand or keep handy
Under the wetsuit best to wear:
- Swimsuit or bikini
- In cool weather: thin thermal underwear or a functional shirt
What to leave behind
- Valuables and electronics stay at the base.
- Glasses need a secure strap.
- Cameras not allowed in boat. Photographer captures highlights on route.
- Hands stay free for essentials: paddling.
