What happens if the weather is bad or there's not enough snow?

Sledding depends on snow and weather. We monitor conditions continuously, but a reliable decision is usually only possible on the day of the tour. If there isn't enough snow at one location, we move the meeting point at the mountain lift to another location at no extra cost. If the tour has to be cancelled for safety reasons, we contact you directly. You can rebook for another day, choose a different activity, or get a full refund.
