Topics

Fitness & movement:

  • Normal fitness is enough. Regular hiking, jogging, swimming prepares well.
  • Tours last several hours.
  • Climbing, swimming, jumping, balancing on wet surfaces.

Surefootedness & height:

  • Move on slippery, uneven rocks.
  • Secure stance needed, no fear of heights.
  • Abseils and jumps 2 to 20 meters high.

(Some jumps can be avoided on easy tours, but not all.)

Health:

  • No heart, circulation, or joint problems.
  • No acute back or knee issues.
  • No epilepsy.
  • Pregnant participants not allowed.
  • Must be healthy, feel secure in body.

Swimming:

  • Safe swimming mandatory.
  • Even with life vest: must move confidently in open water, stay afloat.

Alcohol & drugs:

  • Completely sober before and during tour.

Small amounts of alcohol or substances lead to exclusion. No discussion. Group safety comes first.
