Layered clothing suited to the weather. Temperatures change more than expected between the valley and higher elevations. Sunglasses and sunscreen are worthwhile even on overcast days. A light rain jacket is recommended for the longer tours. Bring a camera or phone for photos. For the Lauterbrunnen & Isenfluh Tour, grippy gloves are recommended because of the descents.
