We recommend bringing a few energy bars, dried fruit, nuts, or a sandwich. Lunch is not included and can either be brought for all tour days or ordered at the mountain hut for the next day.
The amount of drinks depends on individual needs; for most tours, we recommend 0.75–1.5 liters of warm tea, isotonic drinks, or whatever you prefer. It is also advisable to drink enough the day before to prepare your body for the altitude. At mountain huts, you can fill your bottle with tea or water in the morning.
