Free cancellation or rebooking up to 48 hours before the tour. After that, the full amount is charged.
You can cancel or rebook free of charge up to 48 hours before the tour starts. After that, the full amount is charged. Weather-related cancellations are an exception. If we have to cancel the tour due to weather or lack of snow, you get free rebooking or a full refund.
