The season runs from April to October. Standard departures are at 15:45 on Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday. Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday departures at 15:45 are available on request. During peak season, an additional departure runs at 18:30 on Saturdays. The shuttle departs from the OUTDOOR Base in Wilderswil, Industriestrasse 17.
