OUTDOOR Switzerland no longer offers raclette on the water, as the former Raclette Rafting has been replaced by the Cheese Fondue Float. If you are looking for a Swiss cheese experience on the lake rather than in a restaurant, the Cheese Fondue Float runs on Lake Brienz from September to April, starting at 18:00 in Bönigen, from CHF 90 per person.
