We have a few simple requirements that all students must meet. It is very important that you provide accurate information when registering. The minimum age for the AFF course is 18 years. You must be healthy and fit. Participants over 40 need a medical fitness certificate issued by their doctor. The maximum weight is 85 kg. Please contact us before registering if you have any pre-existing conditions or injuries. Previous shoulder injuries or dislocations are especially important and must be assessed in advance.

No, the AFF course is only the first step toward becoming a licensed skydiver. After completing the course, you hold student status and can jump solo. You can continue your training with us to progress toward a license. Depending on whether you pursue a USPA or Swiss skydiving license, you must complete a minimum number of jumps and pass both theoretical and practical exams.

Yes, you can continue your AFF training with us, but you must repeat at least one AFF level and the theory. If you have not jumped for more than 30 days, you will likely need to repeat several levels and the ground school. Please contact us so we can provide a tailored plan for you.

During the training, we provide the equipment, which is included in the course fee. Each repeat jump costs extra and is not covered by the course fee.

In each AFF level jump, a specific learning objective must be achieved. If your instructor is not fully satisfied with your performance, that level may need to be repeated. Each repeat jump costs extra and is not included in the course fee (see price list).

We encourage students to take the skydive course near their place of residence or where they will be jumping most frequently. Before obtaining your license, you must jump at least once every 30 days to stay current. Therefore, it is best to continue your training and jumps at the same location where you took the AFF course. If the Skydive Switzerland drop zone is the most convenient for your regular jumps, we recommend taking the AFF course with us. Additionally, we have highly experienced and qualified instructors who are passionate about sharing their knowledge and providing support.

Depending on the weather and your progress, it usually takes about a week to complete the AFF course. Training starts on Sunday and should be finished by the following Friday. If you need to repeat jumps at a certain level, it may take longer.

If you take the AFF course with us, we provide all necessary equipment and liability insurance. However, accident and health insurance are not included in the course fee and must be arranged by the student in advance.
