This morning yoga session is tailored to the needs of climbers, but it is also perfect for anyone who wants to start their day mindfully. Movements that strengthen and stretch the shoulders, hips, and core are combined with a calm atmosphere. Perfect for arriving, breathing deeply, and recharging.
Itinerary
Meeting points07:00 AM – Meet at the main entrance with your yoga instructor
07:15 AM – Yoga session with Shavasana
08:00 AM – You can optionally boulder or climb (entry not included in the yoga price)
Early in the morning, you meet the group at the entrance of the climbing gym. In the still quiet surroundings, you are greeted by the yoga instructor and prepare for the session in a relaxed atmosphere.
After rolling out your mat, a 45-minute session begins, specially tailored to the needs of climbers, but also beneficial for anyone wanting to become more aware of their body. With flowing movements, you mobilize shoulders, hips, and core, strengthen your finger strength, and bring your breath into play. The intensity gradually builds up, and you set the pace. Finally, a short relaxation lying down follows, before you start the day feeling invigorated.
If you wish, you can continue climbing or bouldering in the gym on your own – the calm energy from the yoga session often lingers long after.
