Itinerary
Meeting pointsTake the train to the Jungfraujoch. There, you will meet the mountain guide at the coffee bar. After a tour of the Jungfraujoch, including the Ice Palace and panoramic platform, head out onto the eternal ice of the Aletsch Glacier.
The first hour of the hike takes you to the Mönchsjoch hut, but the real highlight lies ahead: The vast glacier expanses of the Ewig Schneefeld, framed by the peaks of the Bernese Oberland. After an ascent, you reach the lower Mönchsjoch and are greeted by a breathtaking scene with views of the Eiger, Wetterhorn, and Schreckhorn. After a short break, the route leads back to the Mönchsjoch hut. There you can refresh yourself before heading back to the Jungfraujoch.
We take the train back to the valley. Bringing with us a day full of impressions that will linger long after.

Weather info
General weather info
Weather can influence any tour, and a clear decision is often only possible on the day itself. We review conditions carefully and remain within our safety limits, and bad weather alone does not mean we have to stop.
Make sure we can reach you with current contact information in case your booking changes. Silence from us means your tour is still planned or the final call is not yet made. If we need to cancel, you can rebook, choose another activity, or get a full refund.
