Ski touring in one of the most remote regions of the Alps. Away from the well-trodden paths, you will encounter challenging ascents, spectacular glacier descents, and untouched landscapes. Four days full of activity, solitude, and intense nature experiences: just what you have been looking for.

Day1
Day 1: Ascent to Bächlital Hut
We start in Meiringen, then take a taxi to Guttannen and continue with the industrial railway to Handegg. The short train ride takes us into the high mountains, where we begin the ascent to the Bächlital Hut. The path leads through a wintry rocky landscape that gradually opens up. Once at the hut, we enjoy our first evening in the seclusion of the mountains.

Day2
Day 2: To the Upper Bächli Pass
The day begins with a gentle ascent over wide snowfields until we reach the steep climb to the Bächli Pass. A short ladder section brings us to the highest point, from where we get our first glimpse into the Gauli region. Then comes the highlight: the descent over the Hiendertelli Glacier. After a counter-ascent, we reach the Gauli Hut: our base camp for the next few days.

Day3
Day 3: Ski Tour to Ankenbälli
Today we go high: Ankenbälli challenges us with a long but rewarding ascent. Once at the top, a summit panorama opens up that compensates for the sweat, with views of Schreckhorn, Lauteraarhorn, and the eternal ice of the glaciers. After a refreshment, the well-deserved descent follows. If conditions at Ankenbälli aren't favorable, a surprise tour awaits us: the possibilities in Gauli are diverse.

Day4
Day 4: Final Tour to Ränfenhorn
The last day offers one of the most beautiful descents of the tour. After a moderate ascent to Ränfenhorn, the long descent over the Rosenlaui Glacier begins. The backdrop of massive rock walls and glacier breaks makes this descent an unforgettable experience. After a final stretch through the mountain forest, we reach the valley and conclude the tour with the return journey to Meiringen.
