What are the cancellation conditions for mountain sports offers?

Mountain sports activities such as glacier hikes, summit tours, via ferratas or ski tours have their own deadline: free cancellation is possible up to 30 days before the start, after which the full amount is charged at 100%.

Any services already provided and the organisational work incurred up to the point of cancellation are billed according to actual expenditure. This 30-day rule applies specifically to mountain sports and differs from the general 48-hour deadline. A refund in case of illness is only possible with a medical certificate from a doctor licensed in Switzerland, at the organiser's discretion. Taking out cancellation insurance is recommended and is the participant's responsibility.
