Overview

Recommended for: Anyone who wants shared moments that feel real.

A day outside with snow saw and shovel. Talk, get involved, laugh. And in the end, there it is: your igloo.

Want to experience something real with your team? Building an igloo takes everyone out of their daily routine and into the snow. You cut snow blocks, stack, plan, laugh, maybe shiver a bit, but together you build something tangible. Right in the heart of the Jungfrau Region. No show. No fuss. Just genuine team spirit.

Itinerary

Meeting Point & Transport

We pick you up at the agreed meeting point and head to the chosen location by train or bus.

Welcome & Introduction
15 mins

Upon arrival at the site, the OUTDOOR guides welcome you. After a brief introduction, it's straight to business: How do you build an igloo, what matters, who takes on which task? Then snow saws and shovels are distributed – and off you go.

Building the Igloo
2 hrs

Now it's time to work: sawing, carrying, and placing snow blocks. The construction requires coordination, endurance, and clear communication. Every hand counts. The guides support you, but the igloo is built through your teamwork, block by block, dome by dome.

1 hr

If you like, stay after the build for an apéro in the snow. Time to share stories, laugh together, and toast to your achievements.

Weather info

General weather info

Weather can influence any tour, and a clear decision is often only possible on the day itself. We review conditions carefully and remain within our safety limits, and bad weather alone does not mean we have to stop.

Make sure we can reach you with current contact information in case your booking changes. Silence from us means your tour is still planned or the final call is not yet made. If we need to cancel, you can rebook, choose another activity, or get a full refund.

Activity-specific weather info

Our events can be affected by weather conditions; however, it is difficult to predict exactly how an event will be impacted until closer to the event day. We monitor conditions carefully to ensure all activities remain within our safety limits, and bad weather does not necessarily mean a cancellation.

If we are unable to run an event as planned, we will do our best to adjust the program to offer a similar experience or to find an alternative date. If neither option is possible, we will provide a full refund.
