Meeting points
Meeting Point

We pick you up at the agreed meeting point and head to the starting point of the torchlight hike. The short journey already takes you away from everyday life and into the experience.

Welcome & Introduction

At the starting point, the guides give you a brief introduction. Torches are distributed, along with a few tips for walking with fire on frozen ground. The atmosphere is calm, the light is dim – this is where the experience begins.

Torchlight Hike
30 mins - 1 hr

You follow the torchlight through the darkness. The frozen ground crunches underfoot, the surroundings are quiet. Conversations arise naturally, sometimes softly, sometimes lively. Along the way, you can take a break with mulled wine or tea. For those who wish, there's a small snack with local products. Then it's back to the starting point.

Weather info

General weather info

Weather can influence any tour, and a clear decision is often only possible on the day itself. We review conditions carefully and remain within our safety limits, and bad weather alone does not mean we have to stop.

Make sure we can reach you with current contact information in case your booking changes. Silence from us means your tour is still planned or the final call is not yet made. If we need to cancel, you can rebook, choose another activity, or get a full refund.

Activity-specific weather info

Our events can be affected by weather conditions; however, it is difficult to predict exactly how an event will be impacted until closer to the event day. We monitor conditions carefully to ensure all activities remain within our safety limits, and bad weather does not necessarily mean a cancellation.

If we are unable to run an event as planned, we will do our best to adjust the program to offer a similar experience or to find an alternative date. If neither option is possible, we will provide a full refund.
