Season:
Departure Times
Overview
Steep lines, narrow couloirs, untouched powder: the Schilthorn is a freeride mecca that will set every heart racing.
With lift support into the terrain, it's all about the line. Open slopes, steep couloirs, and untouched runs far from the crowds. Our mountain guides show you the best runs: from flowing powder slopes to challenging couloirs. A day full of action, adrenaline, and powder.
Itinerary
Meeting pointsWe take the Schilthorn cable car up to the Piz Gloria, from where we head straight into the terrain.
After a quick check of the snow conditions and a safety briefing, we start with the first descent: depending on conditions into the Soustal over wide slopes, or into the couloir at Daumen. The terrain is varied: open areas, steep gullies, hidden routes away from the pistes. Between runs, short ascents or traverses to catch the best lines. In the afternoon, return to the valley with burning thighs and a big grin.

Weather info
General weather info
Weather can influence any tour, and a clear decision is often only possible on the day itself. We review conditions carefully and remain within our safety limits, and bad weather alone does not mean we have to stop.
Make sure we can reach you with current contact information in case your booking changes. Silence from us means your tour is still planned or the final call is not yet made. If we need to cancel, you can rebook, choose another activity, or get a full refund.
