Day1
Day 1: Ascent to the Mönchsjoch Hut
A marked path leads you from the Jungfraujoch to the Mönchsjoch Hut. The short tour on the glacier serves as ideal acclimatization for the following day. The hut is located at 3,650 m (11,975 ft) and offers an impressive view of the surrounding peaks. Here you can rest before meeting your mountain guide and going over the tour plan.

Day2
Day 2: Ski Tour to the Jungfrau
Before sunrise, we set out to climb the Jungfrau. From the Mönchsjoch Hut, we initially ski to the "Sporn," which we bypass on the west side. A steep snow slope then leads to the rock spur, paving the way to the Rottalsattel. Here, we leave the skis and continue with crampons. The final section requires light climbing and takes us over snowfields to the summit. Once at the top, a breathtaking view over the Valais Alps awaits. The descent follows the same route back to the Jungfraufirn, followed by a short ascent back to the Jungfraujoch, before the train takes us back to the valley.

Weather info

General weather info

Weather can influence any tour, and a clear decision is often only possible on the day itself. We review conditions carefully and remain within our safety limits, and bad weather alone does not mean we have to stop.

Make sure we can reach you with current contact information in case your booking changes. Silence from us means your tour is still planned or the final call is not yet made. If we need to cancel, you can rebook, choose another activity, or get a full refund.
