You pick up your e-bike at the OUTDOOR Interlaken Shop, get a helmet and a brief introduction, choose the right frame size, and start your self-guided tour. With pedal assistance, you ride along quiet paths, take photo stops, and later return the bike to the shop. Flexible, uncomplicated, and for as long as you like within the rental period.

Walk into the welcoming OUTDOOR Interlaken Shop. Have your ID ready and clarify any questions you may have about the route, duration, and equipment.
You will pay before heading off, fill out the rental agreement, and leave your ID as a deposit. You will receive your e-bike, a helmet, a lock, and a storage bag. We will adjust the saddle and frame size and check the brakes and battery level.
Activity
Brief introduction to operation, traffic rules, and safety. You ride with pedal assistance on recommended routes. Take breaks as needed, secure the bike with the lock, and keep an eye on the battery level.
Step
Return to the OUTDOOR Interlaken Shop. Quick bike check, contract conclusion, and return of ID.
