As a newcomer should, our anniversary ice axe completed the Basic Glacier Ski Touring Course. Although it couldn't participate as an anchor in the snow, it excelled at cutting the T-slot!

It was impressed by the crevasse rescue exercise. It made it to the Hollandia Hut without any trouble and even posed in the kitchen with the new hut crew. Fog and a bit of wind didn't faze it. At Anujoch, it reached over 3600 m.

Finally, socializing was not to be missed. Right in the middle of the closing drink in Blatten.
