Marianne Bomio (hiking guide) was exploring the Alpe Devero area (Italy) with snowshoes between February 19 and 24.

Joining her were three other women and mountain guide Urs Ettlin - a fantastic group, some on snowshoes, others on touring skis.

During the ascent to Monte Cazzola at 2330m, the #iceaxe was used to prepare the trail. Despite a bit of a snow shortage, it was a successful tour filled with laughter.
