Early in the morning, the ascent begins over the Bächli Glacier. After a short steep section, the route leads to the starting point. The first rope lengths require concentration before the ridge steepens. The climb remains exciting: airy passages, grippy granite, and varying challenges. At the emergency exit, the difficulty level increases slightly before you reach the summit – rewarded with a magnificent view. The descent leads over the southwest ridge and demands full attention again: downclimbing, rappelling, and glacier crossing await.
