Itinerary
Meeting pointsOur tour starts at the Niederhornbahn in Beatenberg. From here, we take the cable car to the Niederhorn, where the real ascent begins.
The first section leads us along the Güggisgrat, offering wide views into the Justistal and over Lake Thun. The first short descent gives a taste of what's to come. The second ascent over the Chüematte brings us to the summit of Gemmenalphorn.
Up here, the view is unique: in front of us the Emmental, to the south the 4000-meter peaks of the Bernese Alps, below us the deep blue of Lake Thun.
With good snow conditions, our descent goes all the way down to Sundlauenen, right to the lake's shore.

General weather info
Weather can influence any tour, and a clear decision is often only possible on the day itself. We review conditions carefully and remain within our safety limits, and bad weather alone does not mean we have to stop.
Make sure we can reach you with current contact information in case your booking changes. Silence from us means your tour is still planned or the final call is not yet made. If we need to cancel, you can rebook, choose another activity, or get a full refund.
