Itinerary

Meeting points
Day1
Day 1: Ascent to Höji Sulegg 2,413 m a.s.l.
After meeting in Isenfluh, we take the small cable car to Sulwald. There, we put on skins and reach the Lobhorn Hut at 1,954 m a.s.l. after about 1.5 hours, where we enjoy a small refreshment before setting off for Höji Sulegg in the afternoon. The ascent takes us over Schärihubel to the summit of Sulegg. From here, we overlook valleys as well as Lake Brienz and Lake Thun, framed by the Bernese Alps. The descent takes us back to the Lobhorn Hut, where a warming dinner awaits us.

Day2
Day 2: Summit Ascent to Schwalmere 2,777 m ASL
We set off early, crossing beneath the steep rock pinnacles of the Lobhörner. The ascent to Schwalmere is varied: wide slopes, narrow passages, and the final meters to the summit require full effort. At the top, we are rewarded with a panoramic view of the world-famous Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau. The descent depends on the best snow conditions, either into Kiental or through the Soustal. We enjoy the turns in the powder snow before beginning our return journey.

Weather info

General weather info

Weather can influence any tour, and a clear decision is often only possible on the day itself. We review conditions carefully and remain within our safety limits, and bad weather alone does not mean we have to stop.

Make sure we can reach you with current contact information in case your booking changes. Silence from us means your tour is still planned or the final call is not yet made. If we need to cancel, you can rebook, choose another activity, or get a full refund.
