Itinerary
Meeting pointsAfter arriving with the Tällibahn, our approach begins. A well-maintained hiking trail leads us in just under an hour to the start of the via ferrata. Here we put on our gear: climbing harness, helmet, and via ferrata set. A first look at the wall shows us steep rock steps, iron ladders, and an almost vertical section await us.
The entry is challenging: A long ladder leads straight up. Then it's a combination of steps, ledges, and short traverses that keep us moving forward. The safety of the steel cable provides support, but the unique sense of height accompanies us from the first meter.
The views from the airy heights are impressive. We move along the flank of the Gadmerflue, sometimes steeper, sometimes a bit flatter. Some sections demand full concentration, especially where the path leads directly over the rock face. The exposure is part of the thrill – always with spectacular views into the valley.
Just before the exit, we tackle the last ladders. With tired arms but big smiles, we finally stand at the top. The summit moment is ours, time for a break with a view.
The descent initially takes us down a path on the north side. A small counter-ascent brings us to the Sätteli, from where we hike southward back to the Tällibahn. After this tour, we take the cable car down – a welcome end to an impressive day.

Weather can influence any tour, and a clear decision is often only possible on the day itself. We review conditions carefully and remain within our safety limits, and bad weather alone does not mean we have to stop.
Make sure we can reach you with current contact information in case your booking changes. Silence from us means your tour is still planned or the final call is not yet made. If we need to cancel, you can rebook, choose another activity, or get a full refund.
