Whether it is classic or skating: We teach you the technique that suits your goal. You will learn clean movements, improve your push-off, and receive direct feedback on the trail. Step by step, we build your skills and tailor the training to your level and style preference.

Meeting Point at the Trail
15 mins

We meet directly at the cross-country ski trail in Aspi, by the golf course. There, you will meet your cross-country ski instructor. Together, we will take a look at your equipment and briefly discuss what you want to focus on today: classic or skating.

Warm-Up & Technique Choice
15 mins

After a short warm-up, we decide how to structure the lesson: If you want to learn classic, we will start with balance, glide phases, and the diagonal stride. For skating, we will focus on rhythm, body position, and initial glide movements. In both cases, we work from simple to more complex techniques.

Technique Training on the Trail
2 hrs

Now it really gets going. You will actively move on the trail and receive direct feedback on your technique. We build up step by step, adjusting the pace and exercises to your level, ensuring you feel what works. If necessary, we use short video analyses. Depending on the technique, we train push-off, balance, or transitions.

Conclusion & Tips
15 mins

At the end, you will receive personal feedback and concrete tips on how to continue training. You can ask questions or get advice on equipment, training, or next steps. The course then concludes, leaving you with more than just a good feeling, but a new skill too.
