Key info
Overview
Half-day, full experience: Your skiing journey starts right here.
In 2 hours, you will learn the basics of skiing: gliding, braking, and turning. You will be out in the snow, active all afternoon, learning quickly, and immediately understanding why so many people are hooked on skiing.
Itinerary
Meeting pointsYou meet at the Intersport store at the Grindelwald Terminal. Your ski instructor welcomes you and provides skis, boots, and a helmet. The equipment is carefully fitted so everything feels comfortable and secure.
The gondola ride takes around 25 minutes. Right at the top, you find ideal conditions for your first steps on skis.
You learn how to move in the snow, make your first gliding turns, control your speed, and start turning. You progress at your own pace. The terrain is safe, the air is crisp, and the snow invites you to keep going.
To round off the experience, you enjoy a glass of champagne at the Spycherbar while taking in the mountain panorama.
You ride the gondola back down and return the equipment. What remains is a clear thought: this was a good start.

Weather info
General weather info
Weather can influence any tour, and a clear decision is often only possible on the day itself. We review conditions carefully and remain within our safety limits, and bad weather alone does not mean we have to stop.
Make sure we can reach you with current contact information in case your booking changes. Silence from us means your tour is still planned or the final call is not yet made. If we need to cancel, you can rebook, choose another activity, or get a full refund.
