Itinerary
Meeting pointsWe meet at 9 AM at the Outdoor Café & Shop in Grindelwald. After a brief welcome, you will receive your equipment. Skis or snowboard, boots, helmet: we will make sure everything fits. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the anticipation is palpable. Then we head to the Bodmi Arena with the whole family.
The ride takes only a few minutes. The destination: a practice area with a magic carpet, perfect slope, and plenty of space to get a feel for skiing or sledding.
The Bodmi Arena is located slightly above Grindelwald. Quiet, clear, perfect for families. The conveyor belt is already running, the slope glistens in the morning light. Now it is time: into the snow.
We take our time to ensure everyone feels comfortable. The kids are the focus, but parents join in too. You will learn to glide, brake, fall, and get up together. Lots of movement, many small successes, and guaranteed laughs. The first turns on snow are unforgettable. And do not worry: there is always enough time for photos.
After the lesson, there is time for feedback. What went well, what do we need to work on? Then it is time for lunch.
Then you have some time for yourselves. You can eat outside on the sun terrace at the Bodmi Hotel, have a picnic, or treat yourselves at Café 3692. The main thing is to reflect, talk, and look forward to the afternoon.
Now it gets wild. Everyone gets a sled, and the helmet stays on, of course. The magic carpet takes you up, and the rest is simple: slide, laugh, slide again. The kids zoom off, the parents join in or relax. If you like, you can sit in a sun chair, always keeping an eye on the slope and the kids, soaking up the sun.
In the late afternoon, we return the equipment. A few last photos, maybe a warm cocoa. And then? Head home with the feeling of having shared something memorable.

Weather info
General weather info
Weather can influence any tour, and a clear decision is often only possible on the day itself. We review conditions carefully and remain within our safety limits, and bad weather alone does not mean we have to stop.
Make sure we can reach you with current contact information in case your booking changes. Silence from us means your tour is still planned or the final call is not yet made. If we need to cancel, you can rebook, choose another activity, or get a full refund.
